Privacy Policy

1. Scope & Operating Model

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal, transactional, and graphics asset data transmitted via our web portal and REST API endpoints. By creating a client account or pushing order payloads to ALBOVO, you agree to the data practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect & Ingest

To fulfill print-on-demand orders, ALBOVO processes three categories of data: • Client Profile Data: Brand name, business email, API authorization keys, and wallet balance ledger. • Recipient & Shipping Data: Recipient full name, delivery address, phone number, and courier tracking numbers — submitted by the client directly, or imported from a marketplace the client has connected (see Section 9). • Print Graphics & Artwork Assets: Uploaded PNG/JPEG files, print dimensions, DPI configurations, and color placement metadata.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

ALBOVO uses collected information solely for: 1. Print preparation and order production. 2. Recipient address processing, shipment creation, and courier label printing. 3. Maintaining client wallet transaction audit trails and fraud prevention.

4. Artwork Asset Storage & Retention Policy

Ready-to-print processed artwork files are stored in our factory system during order fulfillment and retained for 30 days after courier dispatch to facilitate reprint or defect resolution claims. After 30 days, all processed artwork files are automatically deleted.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

ALBOVO does not rent, sell, or trade client or customer data. Recipient shipping addresses are shared strictly with authorized logistics and address verification carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL) solely for address verification, generating shipping labels, and creating tracking numbers for delivery.

6. Security Measures & Access Control

We implement multi-factor authentication, end-to-end API encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and continuous threat monitoring. Factory technicians access print file queues strictly through masked terminal interfaces to guarantee recipient privacy.

7. Client Rights & Data Governance

Clients have the right to request full export of order historical logs, immediate deletion of stored artwork files, or account termination. To submit a request, please contact support via support@albovo.com.

8. Policy Updates & Contact Details

ALBOVO may update this policy to reflect changes in legal compliance or factory technology. Continued use of the portal after notice constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

9. Etsy Integration & Marketplace Data

9.1 Who we are. Albovo Printworks is a brand operated by Valcora Holdings LLC, 2334 W Buckingham Rd. #255, Garland, TX 75042, United States. We are an independent print-on-demand production and fulfillment business. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy’s API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. 9.2 How the connection is established. Connecting an Etsy shop to Albovo is entirely optional and initiated by the seller. The seller clicks “Connect Etsy” inside their Albovo account and is redirected to Etsy, where Etsy — not Albovo — displays the exact permissions being requested and asks the seller to approve them. Albovo never asks for, receives, or stores an Etsy username or password. 9.3 What we receive from Etsy. When a seller authorizes the connection, we may receive, strictly within the permissions the seller granted and the limits Etsy applies to our application: • Shop identification and basic shop information • Listing and product information belonging to that seller’s shop • Order and transaction records for that seller’s shop, including items, variations, quantities, and personalization details required to produce the order • Recipient delivery details for orders the seller sends to us for fulfillment, where Etsy makes those fields available to our application • OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Etsy for that seller We request only the minimum permissions our service requires. We do not request buyer email addresses. We do not request permission to delete listings. 9.4 What we do with it. Marketplace data is used solely to provide the service the seller has asked us to provide: importing and displaying their orders, preparing artwork for production, manufacturing the ordered items, packaging, arranging carrier shipment, and returning fulfillment and tracking information to the seller and, where permitted, to the seller’s connected marketplace. 9.5 What we never do. We do not sell, rent, license, or trade Etsy member data. We do not use Etsy member data for marketing unrelated to fulfilling that seller’s orders. We do not contact Etsy buyers directly, and we do not send buyers order, shipping, or tracking communications. We do not scrape Etsy or access Etsy data by any means other than Etsy’s official API. We do not collect, analyze, or store data about shops other than those that have explicitly connected to Albovo, and we provide no competitor, market, or keyword analysis features of any kind. We do not use Etsy data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models. 9.6 Acting on the seller’s behalf. With respect to personal information relating to Etsy members that we access through the Etsy API, Valcora Holdings LLC acts as a service provider to the connected Etsy seller and processes that data only to perform the services described in our Terms & Conditions. 9.7 Storage, security, and freshness. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers, are never exposed to the browser or to any client-side code, and are accessible only to the systems that require them. Marketplace data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service. We refresh imported marketplace content in line with Etsy’s caching requirements and do not display stale marketplace content. Our production facility is located in the United States. Order-processing personnel located in Vietnam, acting under contract and access controls for Valcora Holdings LLC, may access order and recipient data solely to process and prepare orders for production. 9.8 Disconnecting and deletion. A seller may disconnect their Etsy shop at any time from their Albovo dashboard, or revoke Albovo’s access directly in their Etsy account under Shop Manager → Apps → Connected apps. On disconnection we stop importing new data from that shop and delete the stored OAuth tokens. A seller may request deletion of imported marketplace data by contacting support@albovo.com; we will action such requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. 9.9 Data incidents. If marketplace data accessed through the Etsy API is compromised or suspected to be compromised, we will notify the affected seller and Etsy within 24 hours of discovery. 9.10 Contact.
