How It Works
- 1Create your Albovo account
Sign up at albovo.com and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- 2Connect your Etsy shop
From your Albovo dashboard, click “Connect Etsy.” You are redirected to Etsy, where Etsy — not Albovo — shows you exactly which permissions are being requested. You approve or decline. Albovo never sees or stores your Etsy password.
- 3Your orders import automatically
Once connected, your Etsy orders appear in your Albovo dashboard, ready to send to production.
- 4We produce and ship
We print your design at our US facility, run quality control, package the item, and hand it to the carrier.
- 5Tracking comes back to you
Fulfillment and tracking information is returned to your Albovo dashboard and, where Etsy permits, synced back to your Etsy order.
What Permissions We Request
We request only what our fulfillment service requires:

We do not request access to buyer email addresses. We do not request permission to delete your listings.
What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent, or trade Etsy member data
- We never contact your buyers — all buyer communication stays yours
- We never scrape Etsy or access Etsy data by any means other than Etsy’s official API
- We never look at shops that have not connected to Albovo
- We provide no competitor research, market analysis, or keyword tools of any kind
- We never use Etsy data to train AI or machine learning models
You Stay In Control
Disconnect any time from your Albovo dashboard, or revoke our access directly in your Etsy account under Shop Manager → Apps → Connected apps. When you disconnect, we stop importing your data and delete the stored authorization tokens. To request deletion of previously imported data, email support@albovo.com.
Your Responsibilities as the Seller
You remain the seller of record for every Etsy transaction. You are responsible for your own compliance with Etsy’s policies, including making any production-partner disclosures Etsy requires of sellers who work with a fulfillment provider. Albovo does not create, control, or approve your listings, pricing, or product descriptions.
